Create motion blocks
In the overview of the > motions, you make the selection > motion blocks in the > 3-point menu at the top right. Via the [+] in the upper right corner you can add and define further blocks.
You must now manually add the motions to the motion block. The easiest way to do this is to use the multiple selection for the motions. After you have selected the desired motions, you can > set the motion block via the > 3-point menu at the top right.
A motion can also be added to a block in the single view.
Note that all motions in a motion block should have a recommendation.
The right "can manage motions" is necessary to manage motion blocks and see internal blocks.
Usage during the event
During your event, you can now project the motion block and get an overview list of all motions in the block with identifier, title and recommendation on the projector.
To vote on the block of motions, you either:
- create another motion in which the block is voted on, or
- take one of the existing motions in the block and create a vote on the entire block there.
After the vote, you need to manually accept the recommendations for all the motions in the motion block. To do this, open the motion block and click on the top right > Follow recommendations for all motions.
Motions can be flexibly added to or removed from the block during the event.
